THE EVENT

What does admission include?

Your admission includes an event t-shirt (if registered by the deadline), catered dinner on Saturday evening, live band entertainment, access to all clinics, group rides, shuttle services, and all festival activities.

What isn’t included?

Lodging/Camping- You have the option to reserve a tent or RV spot at Oak Mountain State Park through the registration process. Once our reserved space is gone, you can contact Oak Mountain State Park to reserve a spot in another area of the campground or check out hotels in Pelham.

All meals outside of the catered dinner.

What is Limitless?

Limitless is a three-day festival dedicated to empowering women mountain bikers of all skill levels. Through affordable, accessible training, group rides, and shared trail experiences, we foster confidence, community, and meaningful connections among participants.

What are the event dates and times?

The event takes place Friday, September 18, 2026 through Sunday, September 20, 2026. Check out the event schedule for specific times.

What if it rains? Is there a weather cancellation policy?

This event is rain or shine. Come prepared.

Will there be vendors on-site?

We hope to have a vendor village on-site.

How do I register and what is the registration deadline?

Registration is open! Attendance and clinic spots are limited so register early. The last day to register is September 9, 2026.

Is there a waitlist if the event sells out?

No.

Is this event beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. We offer clinics specifically designed to enhance the skills and confidence of beginner and intermediate riders.

Are clinic spots limited?

Yes, clinic capacity is limited. We recommend registering early to secure your spot.

Will there be a waiting or standby list if the clinics fill up?

There will not be a waiting list. We will allow ladies to be on standby. Standby will be first come first served. You must be at the clinic pickup area in the designated standby line 10 minutes before the clinic starts. You must be ready to ride and learn as we will not be able to wait for participants to get ready.

Is overall event attendance capped?

Yes, attendance is limited. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

No refunds.

Is clinic participation required?

No. While clinics are available to support skill development and encourage women’s participation in mountain biking, attendance is optional. We offer a variety of other activities for riders already confident in their abilities.

Is the event pet-friendly?

While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the festival area to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

Who is welcome at Limitless?

This event is open to individuals aged 18 and older who feel most comfortable in women-centered spaces.

Will men be allowed onsite or as participants?

This is a women-only event, so men are not permitted to participate in the rides or activities. However, men will be present onsite in volunteer and support roles throughout the weekend. You’ll see them helping at various areas of the festival to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can friends, family, or non-participants purchase tickets to Saturday evening events or other portions of the weekend?

No, we won’t be offering tickets to individual portions of the event or to spectators. Any woman 18+ who wishes to attend must register for the full weekend experience.

Can friends, family, or non-participants attend the social at Taco Mac on Friday night?

Yes! We are not renting out or reserving Taco Mac for this event, so your friends, family, and non-participants are welcome to join us for the social.

What food options are available?

Saturday evening features a catered dinner. We are working to arrange food trucks on-site, but this is not yet confirmed. Please check our social media and website closer to the event for updates on food truck availability. If you have dietary restrictions, or in case food trucks are not available, please be prepared to be self-supported either way.

Are meals included in the event fee?

The only meal included in the event fee is the catered dinner on Saturday night. All other meals will be the responsibility of the participants.

What skill levels are the group rides designed for?

We will have group rides for all levels and interests.

Will there be parking near the event?

On-site parking space is limited. We strongly encourage you to carpool when possible. There are many parking areas throughout the park and some within a short bike ride away. If you park on the side of the main road, ensure your entire vehicle is completely out of the bike lane to prevent ticketing.

When do I need to show up for my clinic?

You must show up 10 minutes early to the designated clinic pick up area ready to ride and learn. This means helmet, shoes, water bottle, etc. ready to go as soon as the instructor calls your group. Given the tight schedule, we will not have time to wait for participants to get ready. If you are not ready or are not at the pickup area 10 minutes early, you run the risk of forfeiting your spot to a lady on standby.


BIKE ESSENTIALS

What equipment is required?

A properly fitted helmet, a well maintained bike, and a sense of adventure are essential.

Are e-bikes permitted?

Yes, e-bikes are welcome at this event.

Will bike demos be available?

We are currently working to arrange bike demonstration opportunities.

Can I rent a bike locally?

Yes. Cahaba Cycles and Bike Link both offer bike rentals in the nearby area.

Are there bike mechanics or repair services on-site?

We hope to have one of our bike shops on site Saturday to provide some basic services.

What should I bring besides my bike and helmet?

Water bottles, snacks, and anything that makes you feel comfortable and confident on your bike.


VENUE INFORMATION

Oak Mountain State Park is Alabama’s largest state park, encompassing approximately 12,000 acres with six lakes and roughly 50 miles of mountain bike trails.

What other activities are available at the venue?

While our festival focuses on mountain biking activities, the park offers numerous recreational opportunities including swimming at multiple lakes, paddleboard and kayak rentals at the marina, golf, archery, horseback riding, and wakeboarding.

Is on-site camping available?

Yes. The Oak Mountain campground is located two miles from the festival center by car and even closer via trail access. The facility has been recently renovated, and we have reserved an entire section exclusively for event participants. The new bathhouses feature private rooms, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. Tent and RV sites can be purchased during registration. What hookups are available at the campground?

All RV sites are equipped with 50-amp, 30-amp, and 20-amp electrical service.

Is there cell phone service at the venue?

Cell services can be spotty in the areas of the park. We will be located at the BMX/Pump track. Sometimes the service in that area is hit or miss.

Where exactly should I arrive/check in?

Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes, the venue is accessible. However, please note that we do not currently offer adaptive clinics or group rides as part of the event programming.
